Icrypex AI1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your country of residence to use Icrypex AI.
2. The service
Icrypex AI provides software that analyses markets and can place trades through third-party partner brokers. We are a technology provider; trades are executed by the broker you are connected to.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
4. Risk acknowledgement
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Automated strategies can lose money. You accept full responsibility for your trading decisions and settings.
5. Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other accounts, reverse-engineer the software, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, Icrypex AI is not liable for trading losses, indirect damages or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
